Behaviour is the action of emotion and so unless we understand the emotion, we cannot understand the behaviour and develop appropriate strategies to support young children. This training is delivered in three sessions and is an interactive delivery model in a workshop style presentation. Dealing with the real-life scenarios and experiences facing participants, the sessions aim to work through targeted and specific solutions to real world participant challenges. The sessions will motivate and bring hope, joy and satisfaction to educators work with complex situations.
