The Top Half Folk Festival is a little festival with a Big Heart held at the beautiful Breeze Mary River Park. The festival features a diversity of performers from the NT and this year's festival has some special interstate guests who promise to get you up and dancing.
It is a family-friendly, inclusive weekend of performances, workshops, presentations and sessions, and other fun events.
