St Peters Lutheran College Springfield Hockey Program
This St Peters Lutheran College Hockey Program is open for all Students in Prep to Year 3 in 2024. This program suits Students who may like to learn a new sport, make new friends and or develop hockey skills for future School Competitions or take up Club hockey in the future. Participation Packs are available to buy and keep. These Packs have being very popular. For all those Students who register into this 5 week program without purchasing the Participation Pack, hockey sticks will be supplied. If you have your own equipment, please feel free to use your own instead. The program will start in Week 2 of Term 4 and will run each Thursday afternoon. Venue: on the Astro Turf Oval SFD
Participation packs will be handed out at the first session on the 17th of October. Packs Contain: Hockey stick & Bag - Ball - Shin-pads - Mouth Guard

Week 1: 17th October - Week 2: 24th October - Week 3: 31st October - Week 4: 7th Noverber - Week 5: 14th November 2024

Astro's Hockey EST.2015
Neil Shearer, the owner and director of Astro's Hockey, conducts Hockey Development Programs and Coach Accreditation Courses (Level 1 & 2) to various Hockey stakeholders in Queensland. He currently runs hockey programs for a number of Secondary Hockey Schools, including West Moreton Anglican College and St Peters Lutheran College. Neil has been the Coaching Director of the Rockhampton, Gladstone and Ipswich Hockey Associations from 2003-2015, and currently assists Brisbane Hockey Associations Queensland Rep Program. Neil has also coached many Queensland Indoor & Field hockey teams since year 2000 plus an accreditated FIH Academy Educator
