MIB is back in 2025, bigger than ever before!

Featuring a line-up of all male instructors, we're raising funds for the Black Dog Institute - an organisation that lives and breathes Mental Health. They are the only medical research Institute in the country that researches mental health across the lifespan of individuals.

All funds raised support Black Dog Institute’s mental health research, education programs and support services.
Our last event was in 2019 - we are super excited to be bringing this annual event back!
