Nikki Obede – Guided Meditation and Yin Yoga Facilitator, and Reiki Practitioner
Nikki Obede is a holistic wellness practitioner devoted to creating calm, restorative spaces where healing, presence, and self-discovery unfold naturally. With a nurturing, intuitive presence, Nikki integrates the gentle energy of Reiki, the stillness of guided meditation, and the grounding practice of yin yoga to support deep inner connection and emotional balance.
Known for her soulful, heart-led approach, Nikki holds space with warmth and care - whether guiding students through long-held yin postures, leading meditations that quiet the mind, or offering Reiki to release energetic blocks and restore flow. Her sessions invite clients to slow down, soften, and reconnect with what truly matters: breath, body, and being.
With a strong foundation in energetic healing and years of experience in the wellness space, Nikki’s work centers on nervous system regulation, deep rest, and spiritual alignment. Her offerings are especially supportive for those navigating stress, burnout, or seeking a return to inner stillness in a fast-paced world.

Elizabeth Wittingslow (Bess) – Sound & Reiki Healer | Breathwork Guide

Through a soulful blend of sound healing, Reiki, and conscious breathwork, Bess is known for crafting deeply nourishing experiences that invites participants to peel back layers of stress and return to the innate wisdom of their breath, body, and spirit.
Drawing on a rich background in wellness, somatic healing, and energetic practice, Bess weaves ancient tools with modern insight - from crystal singing bowls and hands-on Reiki to breath-led journeys and intuitive movement. Her sessions are rooted in softness, safety, and presence.

Mark Lang is a certified breathwork facilitator and Vedic meditation teacher known for his grounded, compassionate presence and intuitive approach. Drawing on a rich background in wellness, meditation, and somatic healing, Mark guides individuals and groups through powerful breathwork experiences that foster emotional release, nervous system regulation, and deep personal insight.
Trained in modalities including Conscious Connected Breathing and Holotropic techniques, Mark brings a deep understanding of how the breath can access stored trauma, restore inner balance, and awaken profound self-awareness. His sessions are thoughtfully designed to meet people exactly where they are — whether they're seeking stress relief, clarity, or a deeper spiritual connection.
