1974 - 2024: Celebrating 50 Years of Music Making in Canberra
Robyn Mellor is very well known in Canberra and is a life member of CREMS. Robyn studied recorder performance at the Koninkilijk Conservatorium in The Hague, Holland. She has played in various early music ensembles in Canberra, and directs and performs in a recorder quartet Block Sounds. Robyn is highly regarded as a teacher of recorder and also works with vocal ensembles, directing the female vocal ensemble Polifemy. She has travelled around Australia leading recorder workshops and is known for her creative and inclusive teaching style.
DESCRIPTION:
In this workshop participants will explore, under Robyn's guidance, a selection of beautiful Medieval and Renaissance Christmas music.
