Southern Tablelands Produce and Holding Ground Australia invite livestock producers, landholders, and interested community members to an open community meeting exploring the potential for a small-scale, multi-species processing facility in the Upper Lachlan Shire.A facility like this could offer:
- Greater certainty for producers
- More flexibility than current processing options
- Support for multiple livestock species
- Capacity for larger animals, including stock up to 1,000kg liveweight
