Gunnedah Shire Council is proud to host International Rural Women’s Day on 15 October, recognising and celebrating the invaluable contributions of rural women to our families, businesses and communities. This event honours the women whose dedication, resilience and quiet leadership help shape and strengthen our region every day.Guests are invited to enjoy an evening of connection and celebration, with cocktail-style catering by The Verdict featuring a selection of gourmet canapés and platters. Bar service will be provided by the Gunnedah Shire Band Hall, with a range of beverages available throughout the day. Summer Frocks are encouraged!
