Reading 'Ulysse's slowly is the theme of this year's Bloomsday Seminar. The presenters, Philip Harvey and Steve Carey, both scholars of Joyce, will read Ulysses attentively for its poetry and its comedy and argue that while prestissimo might be a great first reading strategy, lento is the next best line of attack.
