About

This concert premieres four new Australian works by Harry Burgess, Kezia Yap, Elizabeth Jigalin and Ciaran Frame and one New Zealand work by William Yaxley. Petrichor member, Alice Morgan, has arranged Samuel Barber’s Summer Music with exceptional sensibility and style. The performance also includes Glazunov’s Saxophone Quartet and Above by American composer and saxophonist Matthew Levy. This program is perhaps Petrichor Sax’s biggest undertaking yet.
