In this workshop we will begin with the experiential anatomy of vision – the eye complex, optic nerve, and blind spots – and the pituitary gland, sometimes called the ‘third eye’. From this anatomical basis we will explore the experience of inner vision, insight, and perception of images that arise from somatic experience. Please bring a notebook.
