The Sweet Country Air
Recital by Michael Lampard (baritone) and Alan Hicks (piano).
From the Severn’s banks to the streets of the city, we take you on a sightseeing tour through English song. Through the works of Finzi, W.C Denis Browne, the living composer Ian Venables, and some of Benjamin Britten’s folksong arrangements, this recital will catch the eye and ear of any passer-by.
