A foodie benefit and gathering for Climate for Change at Fig & Walnut, Seddon.
Fig and Walnut and Consider the Sauce are teaming up to deliver a wonderful night of food, drink, conversation and community building - all in support of Climate for Change.
Come and enjoy a climate friendly winter feast with mulled wine. Hear Climate for Change Director, Katerina Gaita speak about their work and how you can make a difference. Connect with old friends and make new ones.
The evening's lavish banquet will include the following and much more:
* Mediterranean paella
* Antipasto
* House-made dips and breads
* Amazing salads: Ancient grains with garden herbs nuts and pomegranate; Mapled sweet potato and carrots with cumin, coriander; Roast eggplants and pumpkin with almond creme dressing; Chargrilled veggie salad with whipped tahini
$45 includes food and a glass of mulled wine. All proftis will be donated to Climate for Change.
