About
Please join us as Leonard Janiszewski & Effy Alexakis, the renowned historian and documentary photographer, and creators of the In Their Own Image: Greek-Australians National Project Archive deliver an enthralling presentation on a history familiar to many Greek & Kytherian families - the Greek Cafes & Milk Bars of Australia. These family-based food-catering enterprises ‘transformed’ Australian popular culture. The Kytherian World Heritage Fund (KWHF) in collaboration with AHEPA NSW are delighted to invite you to join us for this free lecture and to support the digitisation of the In Their Own Image: Greek-Australians National Project Archive with the State Library of New South Wales.
