mixture of talented and remarkable individuals who breathe life into the Australian dairy industry and beyond.
Within these pages, you’ll find recipes intertwined with the narratives of dairy professionals, Bette Hall and Lex Bunn Award
recipients, and passionate contributors from all corners of our vibrant community. From treasured family favourites and handy
show recipes to dishes that may soon become your go-to staples, this cookbook reflects the diversity and heart of our dairy industry.
Though the physical distance between farms may be vast, the bonds within our community are strong—much like an extended family.
We hope that these recipes and stories serve as bridges, connecting us across paddocks and often many kilometres, uniting us through
shared experiences and a love for dairying.

We have several ways you can buy this cookbook:
*You can purchase at IDW at our POW event on the Tuesday 20th evening or on the Wednesday and Thursday in the judging arena.
* You can purchase and we post to you before Christmas. (If ordered by December 5th 2025)
* You can purchase before January 12th 2026 and then collect at IDW office on judging days of IDW 2026.
* You can purchase and collect from one of the several collection points listed in Victoria and South Australia.
