Supporting your child’s sleep from newborn to toddler

Maternal and Child Health - City of Casey

These free sessions provide age-appropriate sleep and settling information tailored to your child’s development. Topics include:

• Typical sleep patterns and behaviors
• How to prevent sleep issues
• Practical strategies for managing sleep concerns
• The importance of self-care for families and caregivers

Sessions are available both online and in-person for three age groups:

• Newborns to 3 months
• 4 to 12 months
• 18 months to toddler

Face-to-Face Sessions
📅 Fortnightly on Wednesdays
📍 Littlecroft Family and Community Centre, 51 The Strand, Narre Warren South
🎁 Each child attending receives a free book

Online Sessions
📅 Fortnightly on Thursdays
📅 Bi-monthly on Saturdays
