Participant Registration
All participants must be registered by the Friday of the week prior to the event unless otherwise agreed.
To complete the registration for this event you will need:
* participant's name and scout registration number
* full name, phone number (preferably mobile), and email address of a parent / guardian
* knowledge of any special needs including carer requirements, and
* authority to authorise the participant to fly in a light aircraft (if this can't be provided at this time a signed copy on the passenger ticket must be provided)
Payment
There are three payment methods available:
1. Make a payment by credit card or debit card for each participant at the time of booking (i.e. now)
2. Make a payment by cash or cheque on the day of the activity - to use this option enter the discount code CASH during checkout
3. Make a payment by bank transfer immediately after the activity - to use this option enter the discount code EFT during checkout
