About

Join us in Victor Harbor this Mental Health Month for our event Voices of Resilience: Lived Experience and Carer Stories.
A community event that celebrates the power of storytelling, connection, and healing, for people living with Borderline Personality Disorder, families and Carers.
The day will begin with inspiring lived experience speakers, carers, and peer workers who will share their personal journeys of navigating mental health challenges, shining a light on hope and recovery. After the stories, participants will be invited to take part in a guided art therapy session, offering a creative space for reflection and expression. A therapy dog will be present throughout the event to provide comfort and a sense of calm.

Light refreshments will be provided, and the event will close with opportunities for conversation and community connection.
