Following the success of last year's sold-out event, CIT Restaurant is delighted to welcome renowned Chef Luca Ciano back for another unforgettable evening.Working alongside CIT's Commercial Cookery students, Chef Luca will present a carefully curated menu inspired by his Italian heritage, featuring signature dishes and celebrated cheeses, including Parmigiano Reggiano.
Gather around the Italian table and enjoy an evening of authentic cuisine, warm hospitality and shared conversation, celebrating the traditions, flavours and spirit of Italy.
