This Melbourne Cup Day, we're running a race of a different kind.
We're opening the Parkside cellar and bringing out a selection of our Trophy winning vintage sparkling wines from our special reserve.
These are limited-edition vintages that have already sold out — all are trophy-winning wines. BUT .... We've held back a small number of bottles, and for one day only, we're opening them for tasting and making them available to purchase.
Because when it comes to vintage sparkling, the older the vintage, the better the form.
