Changing Bodies Changing Minds
The Royal Hospital for Women offers a special one day workshop for 10-12 year old girls. The day includes: changes during puberty - what to expect, the A - Z of periods, healthy diet - starting good habits early, values and belief systems, problem solving and building self-confidence.
Commences at 10am and finishes at 4pm. Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea are provided.
