Insanity Live is hitting Mont Albert! After completing the Instructor course in California, Miss Spartan is ready to bring you one of the greatest workouts you will do! Insanity Live is a total body workout and modifiable for all fitness levels. Prepare to sweat and achieve goals and levels you have only ever dreamed of before!
All proceeds from the day will be donated to Ronald McDonald House Monash, to assist in the funding of ongoing tutoring of children who have long term illnesses.
