About

Peter Polites’ exceptional debut novel, Down the Hume. A contemporary noir novel, Polites’ writing is raw and heady as he explores the nature of obsession and addiction and the queer identity of Western Sydney. Hedonistic, confronting and heartbreaking – this story will not only drag you along at a rapid pace – it will tear you in two.
