HELP US fund the training of our Companion and Assistance dogs for kids with disabilities, (and their families). This raffle is one of our major fundraisers and we'd like to thank both our sponsors and our supporters.

Raffle Rules

• 1. On-line ticket sales close 9:00am 2nd July
• 2. Ticket sales open again at the DKD Movie Fundraiser at 9.30am and close at 10:30am. 
• 3. Both on-line and event tickets will be included in the same draw
• 4. The raffle will be drawn at the DKD Movie Fundraiser, 12:30pm, Sunday 2nd Julyl , 2017 at the Dendy Cinema, Brighton Victoria.
• 5. You must provide your contact details i.e. full name and contact phone number to be eligible to win
• You must arrange to collect your raffle prize either at the event (if in attendance) or directly with DKD from the office in Carrum Downs within 48 hours of the prize draw
• 6. Any uncollected prizes will be distributed or held over at DKD’s discretion

7. Raffle prize wins are final. No returns or exchanges will be issued, nor is it possible for expiration dates to be extended. All items are “as is.” DKD has attempted to describe and catalog items correctly, but neither warrants nor represents and in no event shall be responsible for the correctness of descriptions, genuineness, authorship, provenance or condition of the items. No statement made in this catalog, or made orally at the auction or elsewhere, shall be deemed such a warranty, representation, or assumption of liability.

8. DKD provides no guarantees, warranties or servicing of auction items and is not liable for any personal injury or damage to property that may result from the use of the item or service sold.

9. Each person purchasing raffle tickets assumes all risks and hazards related to the raffle & items obtained from the raffle. Each purchaser agrees to hold harmless from any liability arising indirectly from DKD, their elected and appointed officials, members and employees, the raffle drawer(s), and its agents and employees, the event organizers, sponsors, and/or volunteers connected with the auction.

10. DKD decisions regarding all raffle prizes are final and negotiation will not be entered into
