Adam is West Coast's sixth coach and joined the club having come from successful environments as a player and an assistant coach. His 306 games with North Melbourne yielded two premierships. He was also a best and fairest, an All Australian and Captain for five seasons. After narrowly missing the finals in his first season at the helm, Adam guided the Eagles to the finals in 2015, 2016 and 2017.
