- Held on Wednesday 8, Thursday 9 and Friday 10 August 2018
- $400 3 day early bird registration until 27 July 2018
- $440 3 day standard registration from 28 July to 5 August 2018
- Single Day Tickets – Day 1 and Day 2 - $160 each day - Day 3 - $120
- Teleconference registration option available for Friday 10th August - $80

Please nominate your preference for being included in the list of delegates by selecting yes or no on the upcoming page of the registration which asks your consent to send your contact details to sponsors.
Terms and Conditions:
All cancellations must be received in writing to the Events Office, Ground Floor Ned Hanlon Building, Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital, Butterfield Street, Herston Qld 4029. If a registration is cancelled before 7 July 2018 the fee will be credited less 25 per cent for administration expenses. Registrations cancelled before 28 July 2018 will be credited less 50 per cent. No credit for cancellation of registration will be given after 28 July 2018, but a substitute delegate can be named. It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of Metro North Hospital and Health Service to change the content and timing of the program, the speakers, the dates or the venue. In the unlikely event of the program being cancelled we will make a full refund of the registration fee but disclaim any further liability. Limited spaces are available and you may not be successful in registering.
