ACRA Victoria Clinical Practice Day 4th March 2019

This Clinical Practice Day offers a professional development opportunity in the area of cardiovascular health, rehabilitation and secondary prevention, as well as providing a great opportunity for networking. 

Come join us on the 4th March, at the William Angliss Conference Centre, La Trobe Street, Melbourne, as we explore "Matters of the Heart and Mind". Topics will include Takotsubo Cardiomyopathy, Barriers to Cardiology Referrals, NOAC Medications and a workshop focusing on Chronic Disease Cognition and Self Management.
