Description

This education day offers a professional development opportunity with a focus on clinical practice in the area of cardiovascular health, rehabilitation and secondary prevention. Titled "Matters of the Heart and Mind" our speakers cover a variety of topics including Takotsubo Cardiomyopathy, Barriers to Cardiology Referrlas and Engagement in Cardiac Rehabilitation, NOAC Medications and a Workshop focussing on Chronic Disease Cognition and Self Management.

We are offering individuals the opportunity to login remotely to this live videoconferenced event from any internet connection. Details on how to join the videoconference will be provided to you via email a week before the event.
