The Loch’s Festival of the Roast takes the art of roasting to an entirely new level, with an indulgent seven-course degustation. The menu showcases local grass-fed meats along with autumn vegetables and herbs from our garden. Each course will be accompanied by the hallmark wines and ales from Southern Highlands vineyards and breweries. As you feast, you’ll be entertained by stories from the award-winning producers and wine makers who have brought the fare to the table.
