Enjoy the Tudor Choristers in their first concert of the 2019 Season under musical director Dr Kathleen McGuire,
Tudor Chorister's 58th season opens during the Lenten season at St. George's. The program features African-American spirituals - songs of inspiration, sharing messages of hope and freedom. Arising from enslaved people with precious few resources, the music encapsulates their sheer will-to-live and joy triumphing over despair. The Choristers will be joined by special guest artist, internationally renowned Wiradjuri soprano, Shauntai Batzke.
