Join Annie Belcher and Shoshannah Orenstein for a weekend at Riverdale in the Yarra Valley.
Riverdale is an off the grid retreat centre surrounded by old gumtrees, with the Yarra river (Birrarung) bordering the property.
Annie and Shoshannah will both lead classes. These will include dynamic vinyasa/hatha inspired classes and more restorative / restful classes including mindfulness and breath-focused techniques.
