About

Prue Stokes is a Sports Physiotherapist, formerly a physio to the Australian Swim team, taking her to the London Olympics, 3 World Championships, Pan Pacific Championships and World Cup Events. Prue runs her own clinic, South Cott Physio, a swimming specific practice excelling in the treatment of shoulder injuries. Prue will discuss ways to maximise your stroke to improve efficiency in the water and prevent injury, taking you through some swimming specific exercises to enhance your swimming.
