Refund Policy
Cancellations advised prior to 1st November will incur a $50 administration fee.
Cancellations advised after 1st November will incur a minimum $100 administrative fee up to the full cost of the convention depending on the lateness of the notification.
The decision of the Convention Convenor is final.
