About

meaninglessness is a performance talk made by jewellery artist Su san Cohn with writer-director David Pledger. Cohn threads the practices of courage, trust, hope and love through personal story as a way to engage the audiences about their connection to jewellery. In asking how citizens can behave pro-actively when their government’s values are hostile to their own, Cohn offers up her own quietly subversive antidote to society’s anxiety about the stranger, the newcomer, the other.
