Harlequin, a mischievous character full of contradiction, is the hero of the show. Finding himself embroiled in the unfortunate affairs of the cunningly shrewd Columbina, the machinations of the dastardly Lord Scaramouche as well as being pursued by a dangerous entity known only as The Tick Tock Man, Harlequin's very existence begins to spiral wildly out of control.
