Our Lean Manufacturing Lego Simulation is designed to introduce you to the fundamental methodologies of Lean and Continuous Improvement through a full day Simulation using Lego.

You will learn core lean concepts including one-piece flow, standard work, pull and production levelling. You will be introduced to the principles of “Kaizen” as you make improvements to the process during the course of the day.
