Join experienced strength and conditioning coach Neal Wen for a four week strength and conditioning program followed by a four week program with Director of Coaching, Randy Shanklin which provides Altona Gators players with the opportunity to progress their basketball to the next level and reach their full potential. The program will have an emphasis on skill development, in particular shooting, individual skills, offensive and defensive concepts
