DK Yoo - 2 Day Seminar Sydney

A 2 day weekend seminar, this event is a rare opportunity to learn the basic principles and movements of WCS from the founder and creator himself.  Master DK Yoo will guide brief meditation sessions and demonstrate various techniques drawn from multiple martial art disciplines and combat styles.  Participants will apply the lessons after each demonstration through specific exercises, often in pairs, throughout the workshop.  Regardless of your fitness level, martial arts mastery or none thereof, the seminar will broaden your perspective, enrich your own practice, and deepen your understanding of your body and the relationship between motion and energy.
