Calisthenics School Holiday 2 Hour Workshops, presented by Healthways "Go for 2&5". Come and try an exciting sport that's a mix of dance, gymnastics, ballet, singing and more!
Primarily a team sport, Calisthenics teaches participants about commitment, confidence, team work and sportsmanship whilst promoting friendships which last a lifetime.
