CANCELLATION POLICY
Once payment has been received:
1) Cancellations must be made in writing to butohout@gmail.com
2) Cancellations made in writing 4 weeks prior to the commencement of each workshop will receive a 100% refund, however it incurs AUS$15.00 processing fee (deductions from the amount paid).
3) Cancellations made in writing 2 weeks prior to the commencement of each workshop will receive a 50% refund.
4) Cancellations made less than 2 weeks before the commencement of each workshop or no-show will receive no refund.
