“LAUNCESTON POETRY CUP” at The Workers Club, 66 Elizabeth Street, Launceston. 7 pm for sign up. Come and join us for a rollicking night of fun and laughter at the iconic Launceston Poetry Cup, now in its 35th year. Poems must be no longer than 1 minute, or the hooter will go and you will be disqualified. The winner of the coveted silver trophy will be judged by the loudest audience response. So come and get foot stomping, yelling and clapping for your favourite performer.
