We warmly invite you to attend the Year 12, 2020 Graduation Mass & Dinner at Br Luke Hall.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. Guests at the Year 12 Graduation Mass and Dinner are ONLY Year 12 students and their parents/carers
2. Due to COVID-19 restrictions we are unable to host student's partners - should they arrive on the grounds they will be turned away.
3. No alcohol is to be brought onsite and no alcohol will be served during the evening. Intoxicated people will not be permitted and alcohol will be confiscated.
4. A MAXIMUM of 3 tickets per booking can be purchased (Student, Parent/Carer 1 and Parent/Carer 2) and there are 9 people per table ie: 3 families
5. Tickets available for the evening are limited.
6. You can nominate during your booking process, the families you would like to be seated with at your table on the evening

2. Strict COVID-19 guidelines will be enforced on the evening; QR check-in on arrival, temperature checks on arrival, strict social distancing during the event and no mingling or dancing.
3. For QR code check-in, please ensure you have your mobile phone with you
4. Sanitising stations will be placed throughout the venue
