About
Despite the global pandemic, the Royal Melbourne Philharmonic is proud that its world-record, unbroken sequence of annual performances of Messiah (going back to Christmas Eve in 1853) continues. This special performance of Handel’s immortal oratorio was filmed in the magnificent setting of historic All Saints Church, and features a superb cast of soloists: Amelia Jones, Sally-Anne Russell, Christopher Watson and Andrew O'Connor, under the direction of conductor Andrew Wailes.
