New Year event - Picnic in the Park

The committee agreed that our Picnic-In-The Park will be a catered-for event (with the option to BYO food if you prefer).  To make this as easy as possible in the event of a cancellation, we are planning to cater with yummy “Smokin’ Joes” pizzas, a simple green side-salad, and a choice of two desserts.  This approach means we do not have to order anything until the day of the event.

You are required to register for the event for contact tracing purposes, but the event is free for members.

Note that this event will only proceed if current restrictions remain in place and the weather cooperates - if there is a tightening of restrictions, or if we have a Total Fire Ban in force, or there is a forecast bad weather event, we may cancel.  It is important that you monitor your email for any updates on the Tuesday.

Tables and seating are limited.  Please BYO chair, drinks, nibbles.  Please also bring a plate/utensils to eat with so we can limit rubbish and the impact on the environment.
