About
Fintan Murphy - Sevcik Variations, expressive bowing for Mozart
Sevcik's technical insight is useful for all string playing and his 40 variations op. 3 are particularly appropriate for helping us develop facility in lifted strokes.
These strokes are relevant for all styles of playing but particularly important for performing in the classical style.
Fintan will discuss aspects of Mozart’s violin repertoire and relate it to the Sevcik variations
Come and join him via Zoom on Monday 28 April.
