About
Understanding the Gifted Profiles
in order to help gifted learners harness their potential
This presentation will take a deep dive into the profiles of gifted learners in an effort to have participants identify traits in the students in their care and to explore the deliberate actions they can consider so that the trajectory of student progress can begin to reflect their aptitude.
Owing to the varying needs of gifted students, it is a real challenge for both educators and parents to find what suits each individual academically and most importantly to find what may ignite the intrinsic motivation of each student.
Participants will develop an understanding of a range of interpersonal and environmental factors and how these can be shaped in an attempt to harness the potential and set a pathway to progress, satisfaction and talent development.
