2021 AIAL Conference: Administrative Law on the Edge
The Conference will explore the many-faceted ‘edges’ of admin law:
• intersecting areas of law and other knowledge,
• 'boundary lines' of administrative law
• the bounds of jurisdictional error
• delivering administrative justice, considering the original intent of providing fast, low cost efficient reviews
• challenging the exercise of non-statutory executive power
• whether the performance of outsourced functions are outside administrative law bounds
• challenging automated ‘decision-making'.
