Join Lama Qasem and Claudia Hyles on Zoom as they cook up a Palestinian storm whilst engaging in conversation around cuisine and culture.
Learn to cook Kofta in Tahini sauce; Freekeh with chicken; Alayet Bandora (Braised Tomatoes) and Hareeseh (Semolina cake) for dessert. Recipes for these 4 dishes as well as another vegetarian dish, will be sent to all attendees.
