About
COVID-19 and the consumer: Shaping our digital experience
COVID-19 has created an environment dominated by disruption, uncertainty and vulnerability, with businesses responding by adapting and innovating to retain and attract customers.
Examples include the accelerated increase in online consumer activity, and the move to grow a digital footprint and deliver more meaningful consumer experiences. But are these changes sustainable? Have new consumer behavioural norms been created? Are businesses genuinely committed to change, or is their investment fleeting or marginal?
This online discussion will feature the following industry experts:
-
Sanj Perera, Partner, Deloitte
-
Stephanie Atto, Principal Consultant, Australia Consumer & Retail Studies
-
Dr Dwayne Crombie, Managing Director, Health Services, Bupa Asia Pacific.
This quality event series has been hosted by the Monash Business School Department of Marketing for more than 15 years.
