Join me in this workshop to experience one of the main elements in life: the impact it has to belong or not. Belonging is essential for survival. In the need to belong members pay a price. The right to belong is compromised due to the member’s behaviour, clashing with the values and expectations of the clan. Exclusions creates tension that can be felt by everyone. It creates an empty spot and perhaps black sheep. "Us " and "Them" can create conflict & judgement.
